Delete your MohanaGo account and data

MohanaGo users can permanently delete their account inside the Android app by opening More → Data Deletion, signing in, entering the current password and confirming deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@mohanago.in using the email address or phone number connected to your account. Include “MohanaGo account deletion request” in the subject. We may verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted

Account credentials, saved addresses, authentication tokens, notifications and associated personal data are deleted. Transaction records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or financial obligations are anonymised and retained only for the required period.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
